Celestial Presence {o}

"You're killing me," Maret responded more softly as he nuzzled her cheek, brushing his tongue into her fur. "I'm not leaving you." The male quietly said, "Sleep." He urged her as he carried on licking her, trying to remove the ice from her coat.

It was strange how fiercly the snow protected her. She churned her head eith the remaining energy. She saw a dragon fighting a lion. The dragon was dark and the lion pure white. The dragon tried ro approach her as it shot from the ground but the lion pinned it down. The dragon took no time to sink back down and erupt once more. She watched them fight fiercly as everything seemed dark besides the stars. They glowed brightly.. She looked at them with nervous eyes. Slowly she saw the figure of a familkar creature. She sighed as her breathing paused for a minute before picking up again. In reality the snow actually shifted into a lion figure that moved while the dragon shaped. 

The lion tore the dragon apart as it sunk back into the ground.. Not coming back. The lion figure nuzzled her cheek afterwards before leaping onto her chest. Her eyes finally closed as her heart beat went dangerously low. Though as the lion lay the necklace she wore cracked and broke. A strange glow coming from under her mane that covered her chest. The lion faded and her heart beat returned to normal. Now it was a wait and see..the ice was gonw and her body was still cold yet slowly warming.

The male had remained silent, his eyes shut tight as he came over today's events. This was troubling him, he felt tired for the first time in ages. Wanting to rest but having the true inability to sleep was mind blowing. Instead, he kept his eyes closed.

Her breathing and heart beat did stop for a moment before it picked up and remained that way. Asleep she was until her blue eyes opened softly. Though she saw doubke at the moment she recognized Maret "Guess this star is staying.." She said haorsly. Even in her worst state she was abke to try and lighten the mood. All she remembered was a vivid dream lf two creatures battling and her telling a group of stars to leave.. All but one stayed. She was srill very weak and the wound had stopped bkeeding but was still exposed.

His ear twitched, opening his orange eyes. He remained silent at her words, obviously she wasn't aware of the things he had gone through to get to her. He wasn't done with her, he was tired. This passion for her was becoming stressful, and it surely wasn't healthy.

"I'll stay, for now." He responded, his tone mixed with too many emotions.

It was to late.. She had already dozed off. It was like not getting any sleep for 2 weeks straight. Though she the chance of her demise still lingered, in which she would need to watch the wound and herself for awhile. Though that all came to her in her second dream in which she was guided. Though the lion seemed sad.. She asked why and he said "I dont think he will stay very long.. Try not to get too attached." he said licking hed cheek before it went blank.

She opened her eyes, a yawn escaping her throat as she saw Maret.. "Dont get attached..?" She said as she arose feeling sore. She grabbed some of the poopy seeds from nearby poopies and took plenty ro kill the pain. She used grass and keaves ro cover her wound. As she ate some of the golden grass in which she found out was wheat. She ate until her stomach couldnt hold anymore. She than lay down, no ice.

It felt like he had sprained his ankle, he rose and staggered for a bit seeing she had fallen asleep again. He shut his eyes and began to trot off. Glancing behind him as he stayed watch again, unsure of what to do. It felt like every time he left, she got hurt. It was beginning to piss him off, not offering much freedom. He wanted to love her, he had even said it. But it was becoming hard, staying for now until he figured out what he wanted.

He glanced his head back, watching her wake up. Blinking his eyes as he limped after her, but kept his distance. Remaining silent as he glanced off again, a sigh coming from him.

It seems the freezing oart of her heat may have been terminated for the rest of her heat cycle.. Well thats what she hoped. It had been hours and not a single bit of her was covered in the freezing material. Her ears twitched as she saw him arise. Her own bidy was producing warmth so that was a definant plus. She felt a lot better, but seeing him limp did strike some worry. Her memories were a bit foggy, but honestly she didnt know if maybe she was still hallucinating but she still asked. Nuzzling his neck in a comforting friendky way "Are you okay?" She asked inspecting the leg already.

"I'm fine," Maret rumbled as he let her nuzzle him, staring off as he sighed. He wanted to yell at her, scold her and tell her to never do that again but it would only turn out worse for him. He flattened his ears, closing his eyes.

She sighed "Okay." She said with a small sigh. She stretched once more befor shaking her pelt of the grass that stuck to her pelt "Where are we going.. Today?" She said bluntly.

"We'll keep moving," Maret responded as he began to limp towards the edge of the woods and back into the meadows. He glanced behind him and shook his head, carrying on with a slow pace.

Her ears flattened as she followed after him. She knew he wasnt well with him limping "Im worried about your leg." She said softly as she trotted slowly behind him.

"It'll get better." He responded as he carried on, glancing at the pretty meadow and spotted a creek only a good distance away. The male grunted as he heaved himself through the different colored flowers. "There's water up a head." 

"Not if you keep going along. Take a rest,i dont need your leg falling off." She said sitting down. The leg looked bruised, but not broken. Either way he needed to rest it if he wants it to get better.

"I don't need you getting into trouble," Maret paused to stare at her. "It's fine, let's just keep moving." He mumbled as he began again, listening to the sound of water bubbling.

"Trouble? Were fine. The humans are gone."She said with hope that it was true. "These past days have been.. Interesting. But im worried about you. You seem different around me now and I cant help but be worried." She said it showing in her eyes as she awaited his answer.

"You'd figure something out," Maret responded as they finally came up to the stream as he lowered his neck to drink at the water. The chilly fluid was bittersweet, and he raced his head. "I'm fine, don't worry. Let's just keep going."

She sighed lowering her own head to lap at the water. Her ears were flat against her skull as she looked at him More than anything i want to see you smile.. She thought before staring into the water. She arose shifting "Okay.." She said. I wonder if its to late to remind you how we were..She thought looking ahead.

Maret soon made his way through the water after she had finished drinking, the cool water splashing at his ankles as he crossed the stream. "This way," Maret spoke as he began to limp again. Pausing to glance back at her as he shook his head.

She decided not to focus on his bruised and swollen leg, crashing through the stream. She didnt even say a thing since obviously he has heard enough.. Maybe its best if she stay quite.

(Holy jazus thunderstoem going on and it is shaking the walls and our funiture.)

Back into the field of flowers and pass the stream as he looked around. Trying to pinpoint some location for them to go, as he limped off. Pressing his ears against his skull as he glanced about again. Hooves digging into the flowers as he let out a yawn.

(Well me telling Zeus to stick a lightning bolt up his ass is helping. )

Her blue eyes scanned the open clearing as she felt a light drop of water hit her snout. "Your kidding me." She said knowing what falling water means. "Lets take a break and find somewhere to rest." She said shoving past him, moving tkwards a uprooted tree in the distance. It was only partially uprooted and would create a nice shelter.

"Fine," Maret spoke as he followed her. Remaining quiet as he glanced around, spotting the fallen tree as he snorted. His tail flicking as he pondered to himself, glancing behind them as he soon settled himself down.

Once they arrived she went to the leaves of the tree and grabbed them, 30 minutes later the floor was layered thick with the bedding. She also grabbed clumps of moss and placed them in. Using the grass and flowers as well. She was soaked and shook her fur she went back in and layed down in the far off corner.

Maret watched her as he soon went to graze, his teeth picking up the flowers as he quickly swallowed it. He raised his head when she finished, making his way over to her and laying down a short distance away from her. "It's nice."
